Availability of the preparatory documents for the annual ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of november 20th, 2026

Pernod Ricard shareholders are invited to attend the Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting, to be held on Friday, November 20th, 2026, at 2 p.m. at the Salle Pleyel, 252, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré - 75008 Paris (the "General Meeting").
The preliminary notice of meeting (avis préalable de réunion), setting out the agenda, the draft resolutions as well as the terms and conditions for attending and voting at the General Meeting, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026, bulletin no. 123.
The notice of meeting (avis de convocation) was published in the BALO on Friday, October 30th, 2026, bulletin no. 130.
As from today, the documents and information relating to the General Meeting are available on the Pernod Ricard website: https://www.pernod-ricard.com (section: Investors > Presentations and Regulated Information > Regulatory Information > Annual General Meetings > 2026 General Shareholders’ Meeting) and are also made available to shareholders at Pernod Ricard's registered office, 5, cours Paul Ricard, 75008 Paris, in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
The General Meeting will be broadcast live and will also be recorded.
